CASR  A Modest Proposal  —  Archived Titles

CASR's A Modest Proposal tosses out alternative approaches to procurement possibilities. This includes interim solutions to timely (or, more often, dragged out) equipment purchases; alternatives presented by disposals (or cancellations) by allied forces and  foreign militaries; and potential alterations to current Canadian Forces methods (eg: assignments and basing).

ModProp pages take an intentionally off the wall approach (possible slight variations to CF business-as-usual are more often discussed in Background, Editorials or In Detail pages).

Obsolete ModProp pages are eventually deleted from the CASR website. Many such pages are preserved on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. A sampling of obsolete CASR's Modest Proposal pages (dating back to 2004) are listed here in reverse chronological order.
