 • Launched & implemented a two-year helicopter transportation services program
   for UN in East Timor
 • Sold & implemented a multi-modal heavy airlift program for UN from
   Montevideo, Uruguay to Kinshasa, DRC (15 AN124 flights)
 • Developed  a  feasibility  study  for  the  Canadian  Air  Force
   strategic  airlift  capability
 • Sold & implemented a heavy lift air transportation program for Canadian DND
   from different locations in Canada to UAE ('Operation APOLLO')
 • Sold & implemented heavy airlift program for  DynCorp  Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia
   &  Bujumbura,  Burundi
 • Launched three-year AN-32 wet lease training program for US Air Force
   (Florida, USA)
 • Sold & implemented several multi-modal truck-air transportation programs
   for USAID
 • Sold & implemented a heavy airlift program for Canadian DND
   from Canada & Europe to Kabul, Afghanistan (Operation ATHENA)

 • Sold  &  implemented  many ad hoc  charter  flights  by  Western  &  Russian
   freighters  from / to  destinations  in  North  &  South  America,  Europe,
   Middle  East  &  Africa  for  commercial  companies  &  governments

Over 350 air logistics projects in 5 years. Sales exceed US $68 M  –  110 % growth.
2)  Schenker of Canada, Montreal, QE Traffic Coordinator 1999-2000

 • Implemented  &  managed  heavy  load  airfreight  &  charter  services  for
   Schenker  North  American  Network.
3)  Volga-Dnepr Airlines (VDA), Ulyanovsk, Russia Project Manager 1993-1997
     Head  of  Sub - Department  for  the  Indian,  Thai  &  UAE  Operations

 • Developed VDA strategy for markets of India, Thailand & Emirates,
   including pricing & tariff policy
 • Managed a team of four commercial executives, trained & hired sales personnel
 • Launched & developed scheduled charter service  –  Bangkok  to Moscow
   (four Antonov - 124  flights a month)
 • Launched & developed scheduled charter service  –  Delhi  to Moscow
   (two Antonov - 124  flights a week)
 • Launched & developed scheduled charter service  –  Dubai  to Moscow
   (two Ilyushin - 76TD  flights a week)

VDA  became the number one Russian cargo airline in the Thai & Indian markets,
and number two in the UAE market.   Sales exceeded US $ 9 M per year and I  was named  Volga - Dneper's  top  Sales  Manager  for  the  year  1995.
